Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend classes. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign our liability waiver.

Parking

Sage Pilates offers street parking, with nearby parking garages available. We do not validate for parking. Please allow yourself extra time to park and walk to the studio before class begins.

Locker Room & Amenities

We offer an ADA-accessible restroom for client use, along with cubbies for personal belongings.

Late Policy

To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Once class begins, the doors will lock and late entry will not be permitted.

Instructor Schedule Changes

Class times and instructors may change without notice. The most up-to-date schedule is always available on our website and app.

Cancellation Policy

Sage Pilates has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class incur no penalty, and eligible credits will return to your account.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of class or failure to attend will result in forfeiting the credit and a $20 no-show fee.

Private sessions canceled within 12 hours will forfeit the session credit.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. When a spot opens, the system will automatically add you to the class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist promptly.
If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend, it will be treated as a no-show and standard cancellation policies apply.

Membership Termination

We do not offer membership freezes or holds.
To cancel a membership, email us at hello@sagepilates.com.

  • Memberships cannot be canceled before the end of the initial commitment period.

  • A minimum 30-day cancellation notice is required.

  • Founding and anniversary memberships may have unique commitment terms.

  • Founding Members who cancel will forfeit their Founding Rate if they choose to rejoin.

Prenatal Policy

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend booking a private prenatal session before joining group classes.

  • Under 20 weeks pregnant: all class formats are permitted.

  • Over 20 weeks pregnant: we recommend Foundations, Recovery, or private training. Please consult your doctor prior to attending classes.

Postnatal Policy

Clients must receive medical clearance before returning to class after pregnancy. We recommend beginning with a few private sessions to rebuild strength and address individual goals.

Injuries

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries or physical conditions prior to class. While our instructors can offer modifications, they are not medical professionals. For safety reasons, instructors may restrict participation in certain formats if necessary.

Return Policy

All service sales are final.

Lost Property

Sage Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. If you believe you left something behind, please reach out and we’ll do our best to locate it.

Phone Policy

Photos are welcome before and after class. However, phone use is not permitted during the 50-minute session. If you need to keep your phone accessible due to an emergency, please notify your instructor beforehand.

Anti-Discrimination Policy

The safety and well-being of our clients and staff are our highest priority. Sage Pilates maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. Any reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed by management.
